Creativo is provided for personal and commercial design work. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

You keep full ownership of the designs, text and images you create or upload. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any material you use, including photographs, logos and fonts supplied by third parties.

Do not use Creativo to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creativo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost work. Please export and back up important designs.
